We offer FREE shipping on all items to UK and Ireland!
Your item will be carefully packed and usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment (Except Holidays)
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery for small items, and Parcelforce 48 / DPD for larger items. This will mean a signature will be required on delivery of item(s).
Please ensure all good are checked thoroughly before signing for delivery. Refunds/Exchanges are not possible for goods that have been damaged in transit. The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note are not acceptable. We will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition
Returns Information
New items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or unopened in original packaging.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement.
Terms
All new parts will come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty they supply
All used parts (Excluding Performance Parts) will come with a 30-day warranty.
All parts listed will be for a RHD vehicle unless otherwise specified
Warranty will be void if any part supplied is tampered with in any way i.e. seal broken, taken apart, misfitted, our markings removed etc.
Parts guarantee will cover parts cost only. It does not cover any labour charges from any fault arising from the fitting of the part. We will not cover any labour charges, so it is your responsibility to ensure the part supplied is correct prior to fitting.
